What should I wear?
Wear what is comfortable. Robes, towels, sandals, shower facilities, select toiletry items and a locker are provided at our facility. Open-toed sandals and loose pants are recommended if you are experiencing a pedicure service. We suggest that you do not wear jewelry and leave valuables at home.
When should I arrive?
We ask that you check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. This will allow you time to change and adjust to the spa environment.
Where will I change?
Our spa is equipped with a luxurious dressing suite complete with lockers, restroom and vanity area.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request a 24-hour notice. Guests who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment. If your treatment is shortened, it will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Can I bring alcohol to the spa?
We do not allow alcohol to be served. Most of our massage and body treatments affect circulation and detoxification. They may intensify the harmful effects of alcohol in your system. If you have consumed alcohol within the last 12 hours please speak with our Spa Hostess. For your safety, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Who can help me decide how to choose my treatments?
Our Guest Reservations Specialists are very knowledgeable about each of our services. They will assist you with selecting the perfect treatment for your desired experience or result. We also have Special Reservations Coordinators who can help you reserve a package or group services.
Should I shave prior to my spa service?
We recommend that you not shave before any of our exfoliating services, which may irritate freshly shaven skin. All other spa services will not be affected whether you shave or not. We do recommend men shave prior to their facial |
